Name: Lois M. Dorato Date: February 26th, 2010 Death Notice: Mrs. Lois M. Dorato, age 67, passed away unexpectedly Friday afternoon, February 26, 2010 in Muskegon. She was born February 7, 1943 to Frank and Selma (Solokis) Rushcamp in Muskegon, and was a lifelong resident. Lois worked at Meijer’s for many years before retiring, and previously worked at Shaw Walker. She was a graduate of Muskegon Catholic Central, and was a member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. She married George Dorato on September 8, 1962, and he survives her along with two children, Michelle Dorato, and her son Torin, of Indian Rocks Beach, FL, Michael and Amy Dorato, and their children Robert, Nicholas, and Emily, Walker; her mother, Selma Rushcamp; one sister, Paula Rushcamp Austin of Montague; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Frank Rushcamp, Sr., and her brother, Frank Rushcamp, Jr. THE MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL will be celebrated at 11:00 AM Wednesday at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church.
