He was born in Grand Haven on September 24, 1966 to Asa and Nancy (VanderLinde) Burch, Sr. and grew up in Grand Haven before moving to Muskegon as an adult. Asa was employed by Anderson Global as a pattern maker. He was an avid sports fan and loved all the Michigan teams. He enjoyed fishing, camping and most importantly, his family. He is survived by his loving wife and best friend of nearly 20 years, Stephanie (Lutz) Burch; two sons, Jacob and Tyler; his parents, Asa and Nancy Burch; his mother-in-law, Joan Lutz; one brother, David (Virginia) Epplett; four sisters, Chris (Lane) Sterenberg, Joanne (Mark) Maierhauser, Tammy (Paul) Lutz, Patti (Buddy) Ferguson; brother and sister-in-law, Eric and LoAnn Lutz; 17 nieces and nephews and special nephew, Dennis Burch. A MEMORIAL MASS will be 10:00 AM Monday, March 1, 2010 at St. Thomas Catholic Church with Rev. Fr. Aaron R. Ferris presiding. VISITATION will be one hour prior to the service.
