Name: Helen Marie Coyne Date: February 25th, 2010 Death Notice: Mrs. Helen Marie Coyne, age 78, passed away Thursday, February 25, 2010, at her home. She was born July 14,1931 in Muskegon to Francis and Alexandria (Wilda) Jarosik in Muskegon. Helen was a 1949 Graduate of St Mary’s High School. She later married William Coyne and he preceded her in death in 1992. Helen worked as a clerk for 20 years at Gov’s Market and more recently worked for Plumb’s Market on Sherman Blvd. in the Deli, prior to retiring in 2008. Mrs. Coyne was a long time member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church where she greeted on Saturdays. She enjoyed working around the house and spending time with her family. Helen is survived by her 3 sons, Stephen Coyne of Seattle , WA, Michael (Mary) Coyne of N. Muskegon, William (Tami) Coyne of Byron Center; 3 grandchildren, Ryan, Christine, and Alexandria; 1 sister; Mary Kardian of Muskegon; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 4 brothers, Walter, Matthew, Chester and Ed; and a sister, Sophia. THE MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL will be held 11AM Monday, March 1, 2010, at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church (2929 McCracken) Marian Chapel with Rev Fr. D. Anton Tran Presiding. VISITATION will be one hour (10-11AM) prior to the service at the church. MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS may be made to St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
